What information do I collect?

When browsing my website, I record the same basic information as most websites. For each request, I collect your IP address, browser type, language preference, the referring page, the page you requested, and the date and time. I also track specific events for statistical purposes (such as conversion rates and to test new designs).

Respond to legal requests

Mistress Marina will not give your details to anyone unless a court order says we have to. We reject requests from law enforcement when they seek data without a warrant. If I am going to share your information in response to legal process, I will send you a notice so you can dispute it, unless the law or a court order prohibits us from doing so.

How is your information stored?

I use third-party vendors and hosting partners for the hardware, software, networking, storage, and related technology I need to run my website. All data is written to multiple drives instantly, backed up daily, and stored in more than one location.

How is your information secured?

Every time your data is in transit, everything is encrypted and sent over HTTPS.
